Watch: 90-Second Overview
Everything you need to know before you begin.
Step One
Create Your Peace of Mind List
Before you can assess anyone, you need to know what you actually require. Your Peace of Mind (POM) List is your personal relationship standard — the qualities, values, and non-negotiables every partner must be measured against. Think of it as your constitution. Once it's written, it never lies to you.
How to Weight Your Items (Priority 1–5)
Absolute Must
This is non-negotiable. No exceptions.
Cannot Compromise
Hard to move forward without this.
Very Important
Strongly desired — but there's room to grow.
Important
Meaningful, but you can help him develop this.
Nice to Have
A bonus — not a requirement.
Your Priority 5s are sacred. They are your non-negotiables — the attributes that protect you from repeating painful patterns. Honor them always.
Pro Tip: Use the Bulk Upload
Don't start from scratch. On your POM List page, tap "Bulk Add" to get a curated set of relationship attributes you can instantly adopt and customize. Most members build a meaningful list in under 5 minutes.
POM List → Bulk Add → Select attributes → Set your priorities → Done.
How To Use Your POM List
Step Two
Score a Partner
With your POM List as your foundation, put it to work. Choose the man you're evaluating and score him against each item — honestly, from 1 (not at all) to 5 (completely). This turns gut feelings into clear, trackable data you can't rationalize away later.
How Scoring Works (1–5)
Completely meets this
He consistently demonstrates this attribute.
Somewhat meets this
Inconsistent — be honest about the pattern.
Not at all
This need is going unmet. Don't minimize it.
Your Priority 5s carry the most weight. If he scores below a 3 on your non-negotiables, the data is telling you something — listen to it before your heart convinces you otherwise.
How To Score a Partner
Step Three
Run a Partner Assessment
With your POM List as your foundation, you're ready to assess. The W.O.R.T.H.Y. Assessment scores a partner across six key dimensions — transforming gut feelings into clear, trackable data. You can run an assessment at any time: on a first date, three months in, or after a difficult conversation.
Winning
Is he working toward goals? Does he bring winning energy to your life?
Obstacle
How does he handle adversity, conflict, and challenges?
Recoverability
Can he bounce back? Does he grow through difficulty?
Torture
Are there behaviors you're tolerating that silently erode you?
Heart
Does he lead with kindness, empathy, and genuine care for you?
Your People
Do those who love you most see what you see — or are they worried?
Above Average
This could be something worth nurturing. Stay clear-eyed and consistent.
Average
Proceed with honest reflection. Average rarely becomes extraordinary on its own.
Below Average
Your data is speaking. Honor what it's telling you — this is your protection.
